Why Do We Get It So Wrong?

After watching this I couldn't help but think why does the fitness industry get it so wrong.


We spend so much time talking about the WHAT.

These are all only tools to help you live a bigger more fulfilling life.


What's really important is "WHY" you are doing it...

...What's the deeper purpose.


What we all really want is the end result or the feelings the end result will give you.


What the man really wanted was to be:

- Need

- Useful 

- Helpful

- Relevant to his family

- A Grandfather his granddaughter could be proud of.
